Tortillas and Deli Wraps


4 whole eggs

¾ Cup egg white mix (207g)

4 Tbsp of melted butter (48g)

6 Tbsp Mayo (84g)

1 Package Tortilla/Wrap mix (287g)


Whisk eggs, butter and mayo together in a large mixing bowl. 

Add Tortilla/Wrap mix and whisk or stir until fully blended and smooth. 


Preheat waffle cone maker set to “Min”. 

Lightly spray with cooking spray. One spray generally lasts at least 24 tortillas. Reapply if sticking occurs. 


For street taco soft shells, place one small scooper in middle of maker. Close lid and lightly push down until fully closed. Cook for ONE minute. Remove and let cool on cooling rack. 


For standard size taco soft shells, place one medium scooper in middle of maker. Close lid and lightly push down until fully closed. Cook for ONE minute. Remove and let cool on cooling rack. 


For deli wraps size, place one large scooper in middle of maker. Close lid and lightly push down until fully closed. Cook for ONE minute. Remove and let cool on cooling rack.
