Pizza Crust


(makes two 8” pizza crusts)

2 Eggs

2 Tbsp softened cream cheese (40g)

1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese (100g)

¼ Cup hot water

1 Package Pizza Crust Mix


In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, cream cheese and shredded mozzarella. 

Add in 1 package of pizza crust mix and ¼ cup of hot water and mix until fully combined. (from the faucet is fine, too hot and it will cook the eggs)

Using your hands lightly press the dough into a large ball. 

Split ball into 2 equal pieces. (200g or 7 ounces roughly)

Using two 9” pizza pans and parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray or oil, sandwich the dough and press evenly to desired size and thickness. (Can also be done with a rolling pin and 2 pieces of parchment paper.)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 

Bake dough on parchment paper and pizza pan or cookie sheet for 13 minutes or lightly browned and dry to the touch. 

Remove from oven, leave on pan and parchment paper, top with sauce, meat, veggies and cheese before fully cooking in a 425 degree oven on middle rack for 13 to 17 minutes or until desired done ness. Let cool for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing. 


If you want to freeze and use later, Let the crusts cool on a cooling rack for at least 10 minutes before putting rack in freezer until fully frozen. Once frozen double wrap crust WITH the parchment paper in cling wrap or single vacuum seal bag. 


When cooking from frozen, preheat oven to 425. Place crust on pizza pan or cookie sheet WITH the parchment paper. Sauce, top and cook on middle rack for 13 to 17 minutes or until desired done ness. Let cool for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing.
